A Message from David: "With my time and studies coming to a close in Montana, I am excited to share my accomplishments with you and announce my plans for the coming future!
This May I am honored to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business with an Accounting option from Montana State University. During these past 4 years of study in Bozeman, I have been fortunate enough to pursue and accomplish cross-county ski success, competing in four NCAA Ski Championships, earning start rights in three World Championships and U23 World Championship races, culminating in my greatest athletic accomplishment to date: Competing with the best in the world on the 2013 World Cup circuit in Canmore, Alberta, Canada.
I want to express my sincerest gratitude to you for all of your support and belief in me during this exciting chapter in my life. Your cheers from afar and along the trails don’t go unnoticed, and I know without the motivation, advice, and financial support from people like you, I would not have the inspiration to achieve my potential in athletics while investing in my future through education.
Upon graduation, I plan on launching my 2018 Winter Olympic Campaign, training and racing as a full-time professional skier for the Elite Team at Alaska Pacific University. Having already proven that higher education is possible alongside Nordic success, I also plan on working towards my Master’s Degree in Business Administration at APU during these next four years of intense Olympic focus."
